Issue:

A Warehouse which receives inventories via a single gate. This gate receives as an average 50,000 Carton boxes IN and OUT Monthly, There are more than 15 types of items that arrive and dispatched every month inside those carton boxes. A peculiar problem that surrounded this warehouse is excess of stock at any point of time, possibly LIFO issues, piled up huge expiry materials, almost 20% average stock volume got piled inside warehouse without any Inventory records.

15 Type of items, Different suppliers, different sizes and different quantities that arrive and dispatched everyday. What was needed is know ant any point of time, how qty is available in each type what was supplied and expiry date!

Solution:

Customized, Intelligent Dynamic column tag identification system used to verify 30 Character Numerical numbers that relates to master table and updated into database with IN and OUT Status.

A Single gate is used as IN and OUT as SCAN IN and SCAN OUT Interface, which logs and tally the incoming and outgoing numbers, qty and provide the warehouse manager with clear update of quantity of stock available at any point of time.

Additional reporting features to filter reports based on supplier, product type, IN Date, OUT Date, Serial Number etc…
